  • No order will be delivered without full payment.

Design Approval Policy

  • Customers are responsible for verifying and approving the final design.

  • Once a design is marked as “Approved,” Dinajpur Printers will not be liable for any printing errors.

  • Slight color variations may occur due to printing processes—this is considered normal and acceptable.

Delivery & Timeframe

  • Delivery time depends on order volume and work complexity.

  • In case of unexpected delays, customers will be informed.

  • Dinajpur Printers is not responsible for damages caused by courier or third-party delivery services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the design or printing process has started.

  • If the error is from our side, we will reprint the product at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not applicable for completed work.
